Trouble signing in?

The ticksheet emails you a link to sign in, so it only works if the address it has for you is one you actually read. If nothing arrives, the likeliest reason is that the address on your record is an old one — or that there is no address against your name at all.

Say so here and it goes to whoever looks after the ticksheet. This is the right way to do it: nobody can change your address for you until they know.
